COLOR CHARTS FOR
PAINTING YOUR SHELVING UNIT
The following links to color charts for major brands of paints can be used to select a particular color or shade for your DIY finishing of your HouseWerks shelving. These charts are most useful if you are not trying to match a particular color and shade, but want to identify a specific color to use. Go to your local home center or paint store and ask for a sample of the paint name selected.
To match an existing color, take a sample of the color to your local home center or paint store and they will use a scanner to identify the pigment formula that will reproduce that color. Do not rely on the colors as shown on your monitor because they are not an exact representation of the color.
