REASONS FOR PRICE QUOTES NOT BEING DELIVERED
There are four reasons (listed in order of most likely to least likely) why your price quote was not received:
- Your Internet Service Provider
(like aol.com, yahoo.com, msn.com, etc.) has interpreted the custom price quote as spam. This is because of the security options you have selected to prevent unsolicited e-mail. AOL has been the culprit in 80% of the cases experienced so far.
SOLUTION: Turn off the "spam killer" feature on your e-mail account before you submit the price quote request form. After you have received your quote by e-mail, you can turn the feature back on.

You are using an e-mail account provided by your employer. The security measures in place have automatically deleted all commercial messages assumed to be spam,
SOLUTION:: Try resubmitting the form using your personal e-mail address. A number of customers have experienced problems when submitting the form using their employer's e-mail system and have later been successful when using their personal e-mail address at home.

You entered your e-mail address incorrectly on the form,
SOLUTION: Try resubmitting the form taking care to assure that your e-mail address is entered correctly - you can check your entry on the Price Quote Summary page,

Quick Quote Price Calculator program is not running because the HouseWerks server is down for maintenance.
SOLUTION: Try resubmitting the form later in the day or the following day.
