PROCESSING YOUR HOUSEWERKS SHELVING ORDER
ORDER VERIFICATION AND ONLINE PAYMENT
After your completed order form has been received, HouseWerks will send you an e-mail to verify receipt of your order. HouseWerks will also send an e-mail with a secure link to make online payment of the required Materials Deposit using PayPal. This e-mail will also have an attached file containing an invoice for your order.
HouseWerks will not have access to your credit card information.
Other payment options include USPS money orders and Western Union money orders. Cashiers checks are accepted for the Materials Deposit, but may delay construction of your order. Cashiers checks are not accepted for the Final Payment. Personal checks are not accepted under any circumstance.
When HouseWerks receives notice that your Materials Deposit has been received, your order will be scheduled for construction. You will receive verification that payment has been received and you will be given an estimated completion date.
ORDER SPECIFICATIONS
Several days later you will also receive an e-mail with detailed construction specifications that will be used when building your shelves. You will be asked to verify all details. Any changes made to these specifications need to be sent by e-mail. HouseWerks will confirm all changes received and will send a revised copy of the specifications to you.
ORDER COMPLETION
Orders are completed in the sequence in which the Materials Deposits are received. The time required to complete your order depends upon the number and size of orders placed before your order.
HouseWerks reserves the right to extend the planned completion date, if needed. Because all of our products are hand-crafted and made to our customers specifications, some orders require more time to complete than anticipated. As we proceed with your order, we can be more specific with regard to the completion date.
If you must have your order completed by a specific date, make sure that you communicate that to us when your order is placed. If we cannot complete your order by the date needed, we will tell you before you are very far along in the planning process.
When your order has been completed, several photographs will be taken of your shelving unit and posted on the HouseWerks website. You will receive an e-mail with links to the photos, an attached copy of the final invoice, as well as a secure link for making the final payment.
After HouseWerks receives notice that your final payment has been received, your shelving will be packed and pickup by DHL Freight Services. Your shelving will be delivered to your door approximately 4-7 days after pickup.
