SHELF END VENEER OPTIONS
HouseWerks offers two options regarding shelf end veneer trim:
1. Shelf Ends Without Full Veneer Trim
Shelf surfaces that will not be visible after installation has been completed, which include the back trim and side trim (shelf ends) in wall-to-wall layout, usually are not fully covered with veneer trim (see photo below left) and are used for all wall-to-wall shelves (see photo below right).
Shelf ends without veneer trim can be ordered for the following situations:
- 90°-angled (rectangular) shelf ends without full veneer trim
Needed when a shelf abuts a wall or another shelf.
- 45°-angled (beveled) shelf ends without full veneer trim
Needed for interior shelf ends that meet in the corner with an Inside Corner shelving layout.
No charge is assessed for shelf ends without full veneer trim.
2. Shelf Ends With Full Veneer Trim
Shelving ends that will be visible after installation has been completed are usually completely covered with veneer.
Shelf ends with full veneer are more expensive because they require more labor and materials.
- 90°-angled (rectangular) shelf ends with full veneer trim
$24.95 is charged for each shelf end
- 45°-angled (beveled) shelf ends with full veneer trim
$24.95 is charged for each shelf end
