After you fill out and submit this form, you will receive an e-mail containing a detailed price quote for the shelving unit you have designed. The quote you receive will include all costs associated with the manufacture and delivery of the shelving unit you have designed to your door.
By filling out this form or by requesting any additional information or samples from HouseWerks, you are not obligated in any way and there is no expectation that you will make a purchase. All services provided are intended to help you make the right decision for shelving for your home or office.
